Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana. I have worked in the mental health field for 19 years in a variety of settings. I currently work individually with adolescents and adults of all ages who are struggling with a variety of concerns. Some of the issues I work most frequently with include depression, anxiety, women’s issues, post-partum depression/anxiety, trauma, stress management, support through life transitions, supporting care-givers and parents, grief, Bipolar Disorder, and Adjustment Disorders. I use an eclectic approach to help clients work through their problems with the primary treatment method used being Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I will work closely with you to create a personalized treatment plan and decide what goals you want to accomplish in therapy and in life.
