I am a therapist with more than 15 years of diverse and deeply rooted experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s complexities. My professional journey began with supporting children in school and after-school settings, fostering safe spaces for emotional expression and growth. From there, I expanded into working at a rehabilitation center, where I provided care for individuals facing substance use challenges and homelessness—experiences that have profoundly shaped my empathetic and holistic approach to therapy. Over the years, I’ve cultivated specialties in marriage and couples counseling, women's care (particularly pre- and post-natal mental health), trans health, and working with adults on the autism spectrum. I strive to create a welcoming and affirming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change. Beyond my clinical work, I am passionate about creativity and connection. I find joy in reading, writing, playing the piano, and catching up on my favorite shows and movies. Most importantly, I cherish time spent with my daughter, who continues to inspire me both personally and professionally.
