As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I work with individuals and families across the lifespan, integrating my experience in mental healthcare, child welfare, and diverse life transitions to support meaningful, lasting change. I use an eclectic, evidence-based approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, family and group interventions, and play therapy when appropriate. My goal is to help clients feel seen, valued, and empowered as they move toward growth and wellness. My focus is to provide compassionate, strengths-based support for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, suicidal ideation, and women’s issues. I strive to empower clients to leverage their strengths, transform obstacles into opportunities for growth, and build resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
