What should a new client know about working with you?

What sets me apart is my relational approach. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely connected to their therapist. I strive to create a space where people can show up exactly as they are—without judgment, shame, or pressure to be anything other than human. Together, we work to understand the patterns that have developed in response to life's experiences and build a path toward healing, resilience, and self-compassion. My approach is holistic and individualized

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe enough to be authentic. Whether you're processing trauma, navigating difficult relationships, managing anxiety or depression, or simply trying to understand yourself more deeply, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale, be yourself, and know that you're not carrying it all alone. You are not alone. We will do it together.
