This is a space to reconnect with your strength, honor your story, and begin to find light in the dark. My approach My approach is client-centered and grounded in compassion, collaboration, and curiosity. I draw from motivational interviewing to help clients clarify their values and build motivation for change, while using a strengths-based lens to highlight resilience and inner resources. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation, coping skills, and shifts in unhelpful thought patterns. Mindfulness is also an important part of my work, helping clients stay grounded and connected to the present moment. Together, we’ll create a space that feels supportive, nonjudgmental, and aligned with your unique goals. My focus I work with individuals who are carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-doubt; people who may look like they have it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or unresolved pain from their past, and they’re seeking a space where they don’t have to carry it all alone. I support those working through PTSD and trauma by creating a space that feels safe, steady, and grounded. Together, we often explore inner child work to gently uncover the parts of you that still carry old wounds, unmet needs, or protective patterns that no longer serve you.
