Angela has been incredible, she listens and helps me get to the root of my thoughts and patterns in a way that ia patient and affirming. Our time together is so incredibly helpful for me and I can already see improvements in my ability to interrupt anxious thoughts and behaviors. Not to mention she is completely judgment free and creates a safe environment for me to share very personal experiences that are met with compassion and respect. Truly a God-send.
