Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor specializing in trauma, relationships, and addictions, offering EMDR trauma therapy. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree from Regent University. I provide quality, individualized, and confidential therapy tailored to accommodate every lifestyle, individual, and family. As a trauma therapist, I value creating a safe and encouraging space for clients, allowing each person the opportunity to discover, change, and heal. EMDR Trauma Therapy services are available in my Palm Beach Gardens, FL office or via Telehealth, which is offered to residents of Florida and Georgia. Concierge services are also available upon request.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My specialty is working with individuals and families to assist them to overcome the effects of complex trauma/PTSD as well as attachment wounds. I work with clients to meet their treatment goals through a process of understanding their bodies and minds connection and healing from the inside out incorporating nervous system regulation skills and reprogramming negative core beliefs from past experiences that have hijacked present and future thoughts and behaviors. Through providing a safe, supported and trusting environment clients are able to express and process buried emotions and experience a sense of catharsis. Individuals and families are then able to break the repetitive and destructive patterns of behaviors and support a process of healing and wellness. I truly value holding space for others to complete therapeutic work and consider it a privilege to serve others in their journeys of discovery, change and healing.

From intake throughout the counseling journey, Angie maintains a client centered approach that is a collaborative process she creates with her clients to meet their individualized goals for wellness. Providing a safe and secure environment is paramount to building trusting rapport with clients and maintaining an optimal healing space for clients to discover, change and heal.
