As a former police officer, I have a unique perspective on life and can relate to others in a distinct way. Since transitioning to the civilian world in 2014, I have been dedicated to the mental health field. I hold a Bachelor's degree from New York Institute of Technology and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have extensive experience treating trauma, anxiety, and depression. I prefer to apply a variety of therapeutic modalities when working with clients rather than focusing on a single theory. After all, we are individuals, and one size doesn't fit all.
