I specialize in various issues, but overall, I want to help you feel better-mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether it's feeling better about yourself, others, life choices, or circumstances, or needing a push to make a change, I am here for you. It's important to remember that working on your mental health is a PROCESS, and asking for help or guidance along the way is perfectly okay! Depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, grief counseling, and acceptance of change or situations are everyday challenges, and I would love the opportunity to work through them with you. I have experience working in private institutions with individuals, couples, mothers and daughters, anger management, domestic violence, veterans, process and psychoeducational groups, maladaptive communication, and crisis intervention. Additionally, I have provided mental health services in jails and prisons. I am here to meet your needs, whether that means taking a hands-on approach or simply being an ear to listen. I earned my Master's in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and hold a Bachelor's degree from Argosy University.
