I integrate traditional talk therapy with art therapy techniques to help express what words sometimes can’t. When welcomed, I also incorporate faith-based insights to support healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions, we’ll begin by checking in on how you’ve been feeling and any goals or concerns you’d like to explore. From there, we’ll use a combination of talk therapy and, if you're open to it, creative activities like art therapy to help process emotions and gain insight. My style is collaborative and paced to your comfort—whether you prefer reflective conversation, visual expression, or faith-based exploration. Each session is tailored to support your growth and healing.
