Hi! I'm Angelica. If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and unsure about the future, let's talk. I help women and men learn how to be comfortable in their own skin so that anxiety does not dictate their success. Together, we can begin to identify the causes of your anxiety and work on overcoming them. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University, which has equipped me with the skills to support you effectively. If you are dealing with relationship issues, work challenges, major life changes, or feelings that nothing will ever change or improve, I'd like to help you start feeling better. While meeting with me, you will have a non-judgmental space to talk about what you are thinking and feeling. I approach the therapy process with empathy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and solutions. I look forward to getting to know you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy can be both scary and liberating. Client’s find themselves discussing some of the deepest, troubling aspects of their lives. I want my client’s to know that whatever you need to say will not be met with judgment or criticism and making changes is possible. We are capable of making positive changes and moving forward from past hurts, bad choices and mistakes. Therapy can truly be a turning point that gives individuals the opportunity to create the life they want.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
