Drawing from her Master’s degree from Adelphi University, she specializes in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. She also integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based, client-centered, and play therapy techniques. Angelina recognizes that every client's experience is unique and tailors treatment to their individual strengths, needs, and goals. She fosters a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to grow at their own pace. Angelina believes meaningful change begins by meeting clients where they are.
