I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic-based healing, Emotionally-Centered CBT (ECBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I can help you with: trauma, grief, anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and the emotional weight of cultural or generational wounds. A typical treatment plan may involve grounding practices, narrative processing, somatic work, and space for spiritual reflection, tailored to your pace and needs. This work is deeply personal to me. As someone who has walked with communities through displacement, grief, and healing, I created this space to honor our collective need for belonging, restoration, and meaning.
