What is your typical process for working with clients?

Angelique’s specific experience of working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use issues has allowed her to become well-versed in interventions of motivational interviewing, Dialectical, Cognitive, and Acceptance-Commitment Therapies (DBT, CBT, ACT), harm-reduction, involving loved and supported individuals into the therapeutic environment and addressing one’s self-esteem and wellness. This combination of hands-on experience and studying clinical effective practices has allowed her to make significant progress with these individuals and their loved ones, through a combination of treatment that involves unconditional support, mindfulness, and motivation.
