**Unfortunately, we do not accept any Medicaid insurance plans.** My treatment is rooted in the belief that all clients deserve a supportive and non-judgmental therapist who can assist them in healing during times of difficulty and equip them with positive and effective coping skills to face future challenges while expanding their window of tolerance. I work from a place of acceptance and patience, using a person-centered integrated approach tailored to each client's needs and goals. I take pride in providing a collaborative and effective therapeutic alliance and understand that the client is the expert of their own experiences. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults. I have experience in a variety of settings, including Suffolk County courts, schools, residential treatment facilities, and outpatient clinics. I have worked with mood disorders, anxiety, legal involvement, family and relationship conflict, trauma, self-doubt, and substance abuse. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the State University of New York, Stony Brook, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively. I am here to support you, and my hope is that through our collaboration, we can bridge the gap between where you are right now and where you want to be in the future.
