I have a multi-faceted counseling approach that includes person-centered and solution-focused therapy. I believe that as you work together, clients can acquire skills to help them overcome obstacles from the past, obtain coping skills, and move forward toward personal goals. My focus My ideal clients are adults, teens, and couples. I have extensive experience working with teens, and I have been working with individuals and couples for a little over two years. I have sound therapeutic relationships with my clients and work tirelessly to help them develop the skills they need to experience the lives they desire. My communication style I communicate with my clients with care, respect, honesty, and transparency. I strongly believe in the value of the therapeutic relationship and and I work hard to nurture and cultivate that relationship. I view my clients with unconditional positive regard, and I work hard to help them resolve issues and develop healthy communication and coping skills so that they can go on to have happier and more fulfilled lives. My journey to mental healthcare I have worked as a school counselor since 2010. I began my journey to become a Licensed Professional Counselor at the end of 2022. I have always had a passion for helping people and wanted to ensure that I was healthy enough myself to operate in the capacity of a therapist before I decided to embark on my LPC journey.
