Angie Beaubrun, LPC

Psychotherapist
TX
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about guiding individuals and/or couples on their journey towards personal growth and development. I've worked with diverse clients in various settings, such as employee assistance programs, mental health treatment facilities, and college campuses. I have also received training in Prepare and Enrich, a program that equips couples with evidence-based skills and insights to foster healthy relationships. My goal as your counselor is to work on gaining more insight and equipping you with healthy tools using evidence-based techniques (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.).My counseling approach is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. Together, we'll uncover the patterns that might be holding you back, such as trauma, relationship concerns, day-to-day stressors, etc. My counseling style is a blend of empathy, genuineness, and evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, DBT, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, etc. I'll provide guidance in setting realistic and meaningful goals for your personal development journey, whether it's overcoming certain challenges, improving relationships, or boosting your overall well-being.
