I'm a therapist with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and 5 years of experience in the field. So far, I've practiced in various clinical environments with people of all ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. And with each experience, I've found how important it as a therapist to create room for each person to take a moment from their day to day, share their journey and their pain, and to receive unconditional empathy, compassion, authenticity, and respect for their values, experiences, and beliefs.
