Tay "Angie" Nielsen is a graduate of University of Alabama with a bachelor's degree in social sciences. She continued her education and graduated from Jackson State University in 2003 with the Masters degree in social work and received several awards in undergraduate and graduate school. She received her clinical certification in 2007. Since 2004, she has been specializing in the treatment of adults, adolescents and children with various mental health needs including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, ADHD, stress, anger management and trauma. In 2007 she founded a private practice that specialized in children, adolescents and families. Angie brings a wide range of personal experience to her practice enabling her to understand and empathize with the many issues her clients are facing.
