Based on your goals and concerns, I offer a variety of therapeutic tools to find what works best for you. I provide a non-judgmental space to explore your strengths and areas of difficulty. I have worked in community mental health, correctional settings and private practice which has given me the opportunity to provide treatment for a variety of mental health issues. I have experience working with adults, children and families.
