“I felt comfortable speaking about my life and experience, I felt heard, and she met me where I was at mentally. She appreciated that I sent a blurb about what I was hoping to address because it allowed her to be prepared with some follow-up questions where appropriate, and helped me to stay on track and discuss everything I wanted to (especially because I struggle with ADHD and get very distracted and tangential in conversations). I am also a provider so I also felt comfortable speaking honestly about my needs knowing I help other people do the same but cannot always do so for myself. Anika is warm and helpful.”
