Getting to know Aniriel Garcia-Vazquez

I provide person-centered therapy for children, teens, adults and families who are navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, ADHD symptoms, school related challenges and emotional dysregulation. My hope is to be able to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood and supported to process their experiences and gain practical tools.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I realized I wanted to become a therapist when I saw how much people close to me were struggling with their mental health. I wanted to learn more on how I can help them with their struggles and be there for them in a meaningful way. My therapy style is person-centered, compassionate, and practical. I will meet you where you are at to walk alongside you on your journey towards personal growth, emotional wellbeing and healing. I hope that my clients feel safe, supported and understood while navigating challenges and gaining practical tools.

Focus on Person-centered therapy but incorporate, Trauma informed care, multicultural counseling, CBT, solution focused therapy, play therapy and DBT
