I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from San Diego State University in 2014. Before establishing my private practice, I gained extensive experience working in community health clinics and justice-involved systems. During this time, I supported clients facing serious mental health issues, including bipolar disorder, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. My approach to therapy is grounded in cognitive, mindfulness, and person-centered therapies. I believe in helping my clients understand their thoughts, emotions, actions, and strengths. By doing so, we can work together to decrease mental health issues and enhance your relationships with yourself and others. Our sessions will take place in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where you can learn healthy and empowering ways to manage unwanted mental health challenges. I specialize in working with adults who are dealing with addiction, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, depression, and PTSD. Whether you prefer counseling by video or in-person sessions, I am here to support you. If you reside in the Columbus area of Ohio, we can meet at my office in Dublin, OH.
