Hello. With 15 years of experience treating clients and a Master's in Professional Counseling from Southern Arkansas University, I have learned that change does not come overnight. If we are honest with ourselves, most of us are, to some degree, a little uncomfortable with change. I understand the challenges associated with it. Often, we must weigh the benefit-to-risk ratio when assessing our lives to determine what is best. Making the behavioral and emotional changes that lead us to healthier versions of ourselves is easier said than done!
