Getting to know Anjalea L. Noble

Hi, I'm Lea. I am a licensed clinical and counseling therapist based in Pennsylvania, with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Chestnut Hill College. I have extensive experience treating a wide range of concerns, from general life stressors and relational challenges to more significant clinical issues such as PTSD and Borderline Personality Disorder. A few of my clinical interests include socio-cultural issues, life transitions, identity development, improving self-esteem, enhancing communication, rebuilding trust, learning assertiveness, and treating anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, and managing difficult relationships.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Expect Results. I aspire to help clients become goal orientated and develop decision making skills. While I am direct in my approach, I am nurturing in nature. I blend humor, knowledge, compassion, and humility in my practice. Therapy is most successful when there is mutual respect and trust between the therapist and client. My goal is to cultivate a safe, supportive, and collaborative relationship so that clients feel in control of their treatment and their process.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I always leave sessions feeling heard, encouraged, and never judged. Before starting therapy I was lost and detached from life. I still have a more work to do but now I'm hopeful.
My experience with Lea has been great. I always feel safe to be my full self and own my thoughts and actions without fear of judgement in our sessions.
Anjalea is very Down to earth and is someone i can relate to as a black woman who knows or understands the struggles we have to deal with.
She's amazing. She listens to everything I have to say. She gives you advice when asked. She cheers me on when I was moving and seeing a new guy. She doesn't make you feel bad or anything.
Amazing listener, and gives outstanding, actionable advice that helps you make great strides in whatever you're going through. Unreal ability to hear what you're saying and understand the root of the issue, and develop a plan that is comfortable and works best for you.
