I am a Mental Health Therapist and Substance Abuse Counselor dedicated to providing you with tools to assist in your struggles. I offer a warm, non-judgmental ear, ready to listen during these stressful times when demands on your time and energy come from many directions. If it feels like there isn’t enough time in the day to get everything done, it’s important to take care of yourself. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. You will leave each session knowing you have been truly heard and your concerns understood.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
