Additionally, I have many years of experience in the field of addictions. I earned both my Bachelor's degree and Master's in Counseling Psychology from Rhode Island College, which provided a strong foundation for my clinical work. My counseling style is sensitive and warm, and I provide my clients with thoughtful feedback. I come from a person-centered approach, treating my clients with respect, dignity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and solution-focused processes to support my clients in achieving their goals.
