Thank you for starting your journey with me. Our world is going through a difficult time right now. I am extremely thankful that more people are talking openly about mental health and helping to reduce the stigma. I believe in order for someone to get the most from therapy there must be mutual trust and openness between the client and therapist. My job is to meet you where you are and walk beside you on your journey no matter where it might take you. It’s important to know you’re never alone! My areas of expertise include mood disorders co-occuring disorders trauma and substance abuse.
