Ann Foster, LPC

Psychotherapist
WI
Hello, and welcome. I'm a licensed counselor with over a decade of experience walking alongside individuals as they navigate life's emotional ups and downs. Since 2014, I've had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life‚teens, young adults, middle-aged individuals, and older adults‚through a wide range of mental health challenges including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, psychosis, and substance use. I've worked in diverse settings‚from traditional in-person offices to virtual and teletherapy spaces‚because I believe mental health support should be accessible and flexible. No two journeys are the same, and I strive to meet clients where they are, both literally and emotionally. What I've learned through the years is that people aren't looking for someone to fix them‚they're looking for someone to really listen, understand, and help guide them back to themselves. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just not quite like yourself, my role is to help you explore those feelings safely and constructively. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and practical strategies. I work with you to build tools that help manage symptoms, reduce distress, and make everyday life feel more manageable again. Most importantly, I want to help you reconnect with the routines, relationships, and goals that matter most to you. Therapy isn't about perfection‚it's about progress. It's about finding the courage to take that first step, and continuing to show up for yourself. If you're ready to take charge of your mental health, I'm here to support and empower you every step of the way.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
