Getting to know Ann Greco

I have over 15 years of experience providing therapy to teens ages 16 and older, adults, and couples. My experience covers most issues that clients come to treatment for including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, stress, anger, self esteem, relationship issues, child and family problems, behavioral difficulties, LGBT issues. I use research based therapy techniques and have an eclectic approach, which means I work with you as an individual rather than trying to fit you into a certain modality or technique. However, I have been trained in such modalities as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Family Systems Therapy and the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy Model.

What should a new client know about working with you?
