Do you feel lost, stuck, or overwhelmed? I help people over the age of 13 who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, mood disorders, and unexpected life changes. I collaborate with you to create treatment goals that you want to achieve. Together, we will build a therapeutic relationship so you feel comfortable and confident in your ability to reach your goals. I use different types of therapy, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and will work with you to find the best treatment approach for the best results. We will work together in a trusting and nonjudgmental environment to help you become the best version of yourself. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Monmouth University, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your journey.
