My approach is trauma-informed, drawing from my extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Strengths Based Therapy. Together, we will unlock your strengths and develop new skills to manage overwhelming emotions and situations. I hold a Master of Social Work degree and I am licensed as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (LSWAIC) and a Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA). With experience as a teacher and working with diverse populations, I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to process your feelings and work towards your goals.
