Hey there! Welcome to Tava health. My name is Ann, and I'm looking forward too meeting you. I do know it's a scary process to open your mind and your life to, whom right now, is a complete stranger. But once we get started I think you will quickly see, that therapists are people too. We have our own baggage to carry. And having had years of therapy, in your chair, I know from experience that it feels like a ‚Äúcold plunge‚Äù. However we may have a great deal in common. For instance, horses, Dachshunds, and baby monkeys! No judgments on anything! I have been a therapist for ‚ a very long time.‚ But I have stayed true to my work in Inner Child therapy.
