Ann Stephens works with children, teens, and adults on an individual basis. She specializes in treating anxiety, childhood trauma, life change transitions, divorce, sexual abuse, anger management, domestic violence, self-esteem issues, alcoholism, and children of alcoholics.
Ann strives to create a compassionate environment while encouraging Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused methods for treatment. She has extensive experience utilizing Play Therapy, Trauma Treatment, and Conflict Resolution to help children and families navigate a path toward healing.
After completing her bachelor's degree in Sociology at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Ann earned her master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.
