Psychotherapist

Whether you’re seeking support with emotional distress, improving relationships, or better understanding yourself, change begins when we have a place where we feel truly seen exactly as we are. The concerns that bring one to therapy often begin as adaptive ways of coping with life's challenges. As a therapist, I'm interested in helping you make sense of how you feel, think, respond, and relate to yourself and others with curiosity and care. We'll honor together how you have needed to move through the world while also making room for meaningful change, however that may look to you, and no matter where you're starting from. With our shared participation, we’ll explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences; from past moments that have shaped you to what's emerging now, in your mind and body. Your feelings toward me are part of the process, as patterns that occur outside of therapy are likely to emerge in our relationship. This can lead to new insights as we observe and understand these patterns together in real time. I’ll listen deeply, engage thoughtfully, notice with you what may be hard to see on your own, and help you get in touch with yourself. I hold deep respect for my clients and what unfolds through time, trust, and genuine connection. I strive to balance a nonjudgmental, attuned stance with warmth and humor. If this resonates with you, I hope to hear from you soon.
