My name is Anna, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. I partner with my clients to help them discover and transcend challenges that may be holding them back in their lives. I approach mental health from a whole-person perspective, including functional and integrative health and wellness. My style is founded on authenticity, valuing honesty and directness. I grew up in Poland and came to the United States with my family. I graduated from Lewis University and went on to complete my Master of Social Work at The University of Chicago, School of Social Service Administration. From there, I moved to the suburbs where I reside with my two sons. In my free time, I enjoy working in my garden, reading, and taking long walks.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
