What should a new client know about working with you?

I aim to build a collaborative relationship with clients. You are the expert on your own life, and I'm here to foster exploration, increased insight, and provide practical tools and action you can take to make lasting changes in your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

First sessions are focused on getting to know each other and building rapport, which is the foundation of good and effective therapy. My goal in the first session is to understand what's bringing you to therapy, and how I can best support you. We will explore various aspects of your life (childhood, relationships, family, work, etc) so I can get the most holistic and comprehensive view of who you are and what has shaped your life. The first session is a great time to ask me any questions you may have as well!
