I specialize in helping individuals ages 12 and up work through life challenges such as grief, divorce, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Together, we'll focus on progress, not perfection. We will practice recognizing and moving through your full range of emotions while increasing self-compassion to help you embrace life fully, no matter what you've faced. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Louisville, which informs my compassionate and effective approach to support your journey.

With 15 years of experience in public education, foster care, oncology, and hospice, I have assisted people in navigating a wide range of challenges. I use a person-centered approach while incorporating therapeutic interventions such as acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy.
