Hi, I'm Anna, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana. Taking that first step toward recognizing you need support can be one of the hardest parts-so finding a counselor you feel comfortable with shouldn't add to that stress.
I bring over six years of experience working with individuals across a wide range of concerns, including life transitions, relationships, career challenges, and everything in between. Let's be honest-being human isn't always easy, and some seasons are more difficult than others.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Anna has been amazing so far, she listens well, she doesn't judge and genuinely wants to help. She is very helpful in holding accountability. She does a great job to help you see different perspective and listening to your personal goals and is very intentional about helping you meet those.
