What should a new client know about working with you?

Through telehealth services, I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Using recovery-focused and evidence-based techniques, I help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they build resilience, gain insight, and move toward greater emotional well-being. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in both California and Idaho. Evening and weekend appointments are available. I accept insurance or private pay. Free initial consultation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During the first session, I will ask questions to better understand your strengths, current challenges, and goals for therapy. Together, we will begin identifying the areas you would like to focus on and develop a personalized plan for your treatment. In future sessions, we will work collaboratively to support your personal growth and recovery. Sessions are typically held weekly, last 45–60 minutes, and take place online using a secure videoconferencing platform.
