*After booking, you will receive a link via IntakeQ so you can complete required intake forms prior to your appointment* Previously, I worked in an outpatient private practice, providing mental health services to adults facing a range of concerns. I value building long-term, meaningful relationships, and it was an honor to watch patients grow and become more confident in themselves. Many of the people I've partnered with have struggled with self-image, anxiety, and depression, and our work often involved developing a deeper understanding of themselves, cultivating self-compassion, and feeling more equipped to cope through life’s challenges. My experience also includes working with young adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people with disabilities, including ADHD, autism, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. I'm trained in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), problem-solving therapy (PST), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My practice draws on each of these, along with other methods.

What should a new client know about working with you?

The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of mental health care, and I see ours as a collaborative partnership. Your expertise is essential to building a space where you feel safe exploring challenges and acknowledging strengths in equal measure.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is integrative and grounded in human connection, and my priority is always to create a nonjudgmental environment where you can bring every part of yourself and be met with warmth and compassion. I'm particularly passionate about cultivating spaces where anyone in a caregiving role can care for themselves. I'm also passionate about working with young adults who are exploring their identity and gaining independence from the systems they grew up in. This stage is an especially powerful time in all of our lives, and helping them find their footing in the world brings me deep meaning and fulfillment. My hope for them is the same for all my patients — that you’ll feel empowered to explore your experiences with curiosity while letting your values and self-knowledge guide your growth.
