Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges. Over the past several years, I have intentionally focused my clinical practice on providing Christian counseling for adult women. By building a practice centered on women's mental health, I am able to offer counseling that reflects both specialized clinical experience and a focused commitment to the population my practice is designed to serve. While these are my primary areas of clinical focus, I work with women from all walks of life and seek to honor each client's individual beliefs, values, experiences, and goals. Faith integration is always guided by your preferences and what you would like to be part of the counseling process or not. I strive to create an open and supportive environment where you can be honest about your thoughts, emotions, struggles, and experiences without fear of judgment. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or have been struggling for years, you don't have to walk through it alone.
