Does it all feel like too much lately? Whether you’ve recently lost a loved one or have been touched by a loss/major change in any capacity; I am here to help. Death; divorce; and trauma are some of my specialties. I use a variety of techniques because I know that we all grieve and process things in our own unique way. No matter how great the loss or small the change is; I know that together we can make it through the darkness despite how impossible it may seem.
