I am tender and intuitive. My natural proclivities for a gentle and spacious approach to therapy are balanced by my prior professional background in structured, scientific work and strategic, corporate projects, granting me the versatility to tailor my style to each of my clients and their unique needs. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. What should a new client know about working with you?

I am committed to helping my client see results. I am compassionately honest and direct, and I blend coaching with traditional psychotherapy in a ratio tailored to each client and their specific goals for therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin every new relationship with a 15-20 minute phone call (free of charge) to discuss your needs and give you a chance to get to know me so you can make an informed choice about moving forward with therapy. We'll also discuss fees to choose a rate together that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
