Anna Ingram is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned a Bachelor of Science (cum laude) degree from Oral Roberts University and a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Anna is a member of the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia (LPGA) and a veteran of the United States Air Force. Her experience includes providing therapeutic services to clients at community outpatient clinics as well as shelters for children, adolescents, and women in multicultural settings. She has worked with individuals of all ages, couples, and families.
Anna's counseling approach is non-judgmental, focusing on establishing meaningful relationships that create a safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be discovered, explored, and processed with honesty and openness. She helps clients understand that everyone has the capacity to exert positive power in their own lives by making choices that shape the narrative they desire and lead to a better life. Recognizing that each person is unique, Anna uses an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Reality Therapy (RT). Anna Ingram sees patients aged 17 years and older.
