I have been a therapist for 7 years and prior that, I worked in holistic wellness for 10 years as a certified yoga and meditation instructor. I earned my Masters of Social Work at Barry University in Miami, FL in 2017. I specialize in treating individuals and couples facing issues with addiction, trauma, and sexuality. I have received advanced training in body centered psychotherapy, neurobiology and trauma informed care. My distinctive background allows me to work with a wide range of people with calm competence.
