I am passionate about helping individuals and couples thrive in their lives and relationships. I have over 8 years of experience working with individuals in couples in a variety of settings. I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Method Level 2 trained. When it comes to therapy, I know you’re the expert on YOU and I work along side of you to help you meet your goals. I tailor treatment to what I think will best help you and include your input every step of the way. With couples therapy, your relationship is my client and I work hard to ensure both partners feel validated and respected.
