Getting to know Anna Moretti

We are all a product of our past both good & bad. Many of us have been hurt along the way. Some have gone far & want to go further, others are stuck & don’t know how to get unstuck. Anna realizes many individuals have a desire to grow, and heal. .Although my basic orientation to treatment is psychodynamic, I often employ an integrative approach that includes psychodynamic, relational and cognitive methods, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and body work modalities. I am passionate about the application of mind-body practice in mental health. Psychotherapy has the potential to increase understanding of the powerful influences of our past and to provide insight into how and why they have an impact on our present behaviors and beliefs. My aim is to help you create the necessary changes while providing safety and connection in a collaborative relationship. You no longer need to struggle alone. I believe in full recovery and I believe in your ability to create a fulfilling life grounded in meaning and purpose. My empathy and non-judgmental stance creates a safe environment to share your deepest thoughts and behaviors that have kept you at an impasse.
