I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the fundamental basis for effective therapy. For this relationship to develop, respect, empathy, and trust must be the foundation. My goal as a therapist is to support my clients by working collaboratively and accompanying them in identifying and developing coping skills to move toward positive change. I have experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, loss, co-occurring disorders, stress, and life transitions. I treat clients from preteen through adulthood and help them with behavioral issues, substance abuse, relationships, self-esteem, career counseling, spirituality, and women's issues. I hold a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and effective care.
