As a collaborative and client-centered therapist, I am committed to helping individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered to create lasting change. My clinical training includes graduate education and practicum experience in both mental health and addiction treatment. I have provided individual and family therapy within a psychiatric center and co-facilitated an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents presenting with moderate to severe substance use disorders. I support clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and skill-building, tailored to your unique needs. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach; your feedback and voice remain integral throughout the therapeutic process.
